Furryking Dog Jacket

I am having issues with contact. I need to exchange my coat and have sent several messages over the past two weeks with no response.
I only purchased based on good reviews and I am wondering if these are fake 🙁

Furryking do not stand by their guarantee. I lost $60 as the jacket was too small. I returned it and have not received a bigger jacket, nor a refund. Initial positive response was followed by complete silence. No response at all to emails or online contact. Furryking have taken my money. I'd suggest you don't buy from a company that does this.
